This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of.

Jerry Wetterling, D.C. made sure that their qualifications were obvious.Jerry Wetterling, D.C. didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Jerry Wetterling, D.C. kind of exaggerated their abilities. I wasn't too impressed. Jerry Wetterling, D.C. seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The methods used were not what I was used to and I did not feel that the adjustment helped my problem.
