They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Damian Palmer, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made.
