Overall, I (and my family) have been visiting Dr. Zatkin for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and can fix problems you didn't even know you had going in. Very satisfied and will continue to see him.

Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, and they gave me incorrect directions to the place I was supposed to get them
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Would you recommend this chiropractor to others?
Absolutely Not
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community?
Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
