Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I've been a patient of Dr. Brown off and on since about 1994 (?) . During those years, I've gone to him as needed . I'd never been pressured into going in for unnecessary appts, etc .. For this reason, I've recommended him to friends, family, co-workers, etc . He's very knowledgeable in his field and listens to any concerns you may have . You don'tfeel like he's just trying to hurry you out of his office . For this I'm very grateful that I've been able to have him treat me when I have issues .
