Dr. Fredrick Elkins is very professions, friendly, makes you feel so comfortable. I also like him because we have the same last name although we are not sure if we are related or not but I think we must be because he is so much like me "A really nice guy"

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was kinda nervous at first but Dr. Elkins is very Professional and very gentle. He also explained everything he was gonna do before he started, he also talks to you the whole time he is adjusting. I would recommend Dr. Elkins to anyone who is experiencing pain that may be helped by seeing a chiropractor. I look forward to each and every visit because I know I am gonna come out of there feeling like a new person. Thanks so much Dr. Elkins for taking my pain away!!! Your FANTASTIC AND AMAZING AT YOUR JOB!!!

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Doc Elkins is so amazing! He's gentle, friendly and does an amazing job. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I have seen Dr. Elkins following 3 auto accidents and will not trust my back/neck to ANYONE else. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The office will try very hard to fit you in if you have an emergency.

Dr Elkins treated me with respect and care during my visits there. He was on time and could "fit me in" if I had an emergency. He was gentle and professional in my treatments. I understood what he was going to do and didn't feel like he was prolonging my treatment to get more insurance money. I will return again.
