I have been going to Dr. Keeney for two weeks now and I have had really good results with him. I have had lower back pain for the past 10 years and have been to other Chiropractors and have not had positive results. When I started with Dr. Keeney, I had thrown my back out lifts and was in incredible pain and could not walk but after the first 2 adjustments I went from a level 8 of pain to a level 3 of pain and I could walk and move again.

I will continue to go to Dr. Keeney for treatment.

Dr Keeney is a very accomplished & talented chiropractor who successfully took away my ongoing headaches after my auto accident. He never made me feel rushed as chiropractors often do. He also never forced me to schedule multiple appointments per week, but rather let me decide when i needed to return for treatment. After about a year of on & off treatments, he even referred me to a wonderful Massage Therapist who furthered my recovery (& who also graciously took insurance, that is hard to find!). I would, and have, recommend Dr. Keeney to anyone looking for a new chiropractor. The parking lot is a bit tight as its shared with the spa upstairs, but it's worth the minor inconvenience!

After my car accident I went to see Dr. Keeney and at first my experience was great....
I didn't think anything of the lien that he ask me to sign so I did. Dr. Keeney recommended that I see him at least 3 times a week (which though over kill but he was the doctor so I decided to trust him). This went for a couple of month and i wanted to see a massage therapist because the pain was not going away and i was hardly getting better. Dr. Keeney referred me to a woman he went to church with and who was a good friend of his.

However the woman was high unprofessional as she spent much the time complaining about he ex-husband, she also did not do the proper treatment. So it was a horrible experience. I eventually switched to another woman who Dr. Keeney made very well know that he was not a huge fan off because of her personal beliefs and it was again like his referral very unprofessional.

Months into the treatment the amount given to me by the insurance company was beginning to dwindle. The reason was that while Dr. Keeney charges a a smaller fee for uninsured, he charges nearly 4x the amount. By the end he had used the vast majority of my fund for himself while i continue ask him to cut back on treatments but he always insisted i need more.

Toward the end of my treatment Dr. Keeney referred me to another doctor for a second opinion. This referral was not qualified or useful in any manor. Like the first refer was a friend, however sadly this one was extremely unprofessional. She showed up 20 minutes late to my appointment, never apologizing for causing me to be late to work. During the appointment she repeatedly took phone call (again delaying my appointment and arrival to work) and when she finally focused did not even look at me past seeing if i could bend over to touch my toes. When asked if I was on any medication i replied "yes" and told her which she then proceed to laugh and made fun of me.


Having reach the end of my funds and nerve when it came to Dr. Keeney and his referrals. I told him i was finished with treatment. However, Dr. Keeney was more concerned about the cash flow he was losing than his patient.
He religiously tried to push me into getting a lawyer, going so far as to routinely call my home and practically harass me about it even after i said i would not do that. This went on for quite awhile even after the end of treatment.

Having finished i wish to pay the final balance out of pocket and get a document stating i was released from any liens. It was nearly impossible to get the lien released as again he kept push me to get a lawyer so he could keep getting money.

Overall Dr. Keeney was more concerned about his cash flow and referring people to his friends than about his patients.
