Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. It made me want to come back that much more. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays for the cost of a $20 donation to a single mothers' charity. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They really go above and beyond to make everyone feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more and pray with and for their clients than here. Today, Sunday May 23, Dr Arvay was celebrating his son's high school graduation party. He answered his cell phone and called our friend who was in the hospital with an emergency. Dr Arvay is like Jesus in action. We are most grateful.

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

THEY DID NOT MAKE SURE THAT MY INSURANCE COVERED MY X-RAYS AND THEN CHARGED ME $90 FOR THEM. I DID GET A COPY OF THE X-RAYS AND THEY WERE POOR, POOR QUALITY. OTHER DOCTOR HAD TO RETAKE X-RAYS. I CALLED DR. ARVAY'S OFFICE TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE X-RAYS ONLY TO HAVE THEM TELL ME THAT IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE DISC THEY WERE ON. CON ARTIST, RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
