When I turned 31, I had finally had it with traditional medicine treatments for my chronic back and neck problems from an accident I had ten years earlier.
I tried tons of Chiropractors over the years since then. Only one came close to matching the skill and care Dr. Derek Vaughn provides…and he left the business.
I started seeing Dr. Vaughn shortly after he opened in Castle Rock several years ago…and as I’ve told him:
‘When I hit the jackpot, you’ll be hired to go with me on vacations so when I wreck myself, I don’t have to wait to get home to get re-aligned!’.
His assistant, Melissa, is not only the ultimate professional…she’s friendly and great at getting me in on short notice, since I generally travel quite a bit.
Between Dr. Vaughn’s unsurpassed knowledge and skill as a chiropractor and Melissa’s medical background and administrative skill…you simply can’t do any better than trusting your health to the team at Optimal Health Chiropractic!

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
