Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication?
Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

After waiting 30 mins, I was greeted by a grim man in socks with Tevas, wristbands, and bad breath. I paid $70 for 10 mins of time and told to come back tomorrow for another $40 charge.

I left not feeling any better. I've been to other chiropractors and I think I'll shop around for a more thorough and cheery person.

No one here is interested in improving your health or well being. Be damned if your insurance won't pay. Their fee for cash is outrageous compared to other offices. The exam is perfunctory at best. No x-rays, no treaments other than adjusting what hurts, which might be great if it got better over time. Went here for almost a year and never saw any improvement. My first month at my new doctor has me feeling better than I have in years. Keep looking for someone who wants to do more for you than bill your insurance.

Dr. Kleker is hands down one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to and he has been successfully practicing in Ft. Collins for many years. My family and I been treated by Dr. Mike occasionally as needed for several years now and I have received nothing but the utmost courteous and professional care from him. He always takes time to listen and I never feel rushed during my treatment. He is also interested in hearing my input regarding my own health and has been very open to discussing altnerate treatment plan options if it's been necessary. In addition, he has always been able to help fix any problems we've had quickly and efficiently and never tells us that we need to come in for treatment "X" amount of times a week or month. From the care I've received, it's very clear that Dr. Kleker is an absolute expert in his field and is extremely knowledgeable. Yet his warm and caring personality is very evident at the same time. I have no idea what warped mental issues the other person who made a review has. But based on my own personal long-term experience and care, I couldn't ask for a better chiropractor; one who has never steered me in the wrong direction regarding my health. My husband and I have several friends who see him on occasion too and they all rave about him as well. Oh, and as far as Dr. Kleker's insurance or cash fees go: I've called every single chiropractor within a ten mile radius and they are all pretty much priced the same. Last but not least, he is located in Suite 25 NOT Suite 28.
