Dr Armstrong is knowledgeable and a very capable Chiropractor. His office will always fit me into the schedule for treatment of a flare-up.The staff is kind and caring and records are efficiently maintained. The doctor is very pro-patient and will fight the insurance company for the best outcome for the patient. The office's appearance is neat. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always make an extra effort to be professional and courteous.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing I love about David Armstrong, D.C., is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
