I was referred over my insurance and decided to give them a try to my surprise this place is awful! The office isn't clean , how cheap are they no hot water the staff is really unprofessional and it seems like we are just $ sign to them doesn't seem like the even want to help out with your pain!

Treated back in 2014. Very welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. They text and/ or call me to remind me of every appointment. Dr.Hara and Dr.Dietz were easy to talk to, kind, all while being extremely knowledgeable, informative, confident and professional. They always took the time to discuss my questions and concerns. They have a genuine interest and concern for all their patients well-being and health. Will recommend to everyone.

The ladies in the front office were extremely professional, hard working and and helpful. As for Dr Dietz, Dr Bolton and Fregoso, these are the doctors you want to have. They know what they were doing, very helpful and extremely professional. My husband and myself will continue to recommend your medical group. Thanks

I had a car accident back in May 2013. I honestly thought that my back would never be back to normal. I regret waiting 2 weeks before seeking treatment. Thankfully my co-worker talked me into seeing her chiropractor, Dr. Hara. I felt much relieve on my first visit. I followed all his great recommendations and within my 3rd visit I felt better than what I felt before my accident. I definitely would recommend him to any friends or family.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
No, they didn't keep me informed about anything
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
No, it is their way or the highway
Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment?
No, I was completely unprepared
Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor?
Yes! I was numb all over for days!

After my treatments I find myself taking even more pain medication. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Randy Hara, D.C. has never given me any helpful nutritional or lifestyle advice. I could really use some too! I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.
