I never met Dr.Lane, so please do not let this review reflect her actual service. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Shawna, was terribly rude. She was aggressive and practically yelled at me for being bladder shy, which anyone who is, knows it is embarrassing enough on it's own. She also complained loudly in front of me to her co-worker that she hasn't been able to get anything done because she had someone (me) follow her through the door the second she got back from lunch. Yes, I had been waiting for her to get back since the sign on the door said 1:30 (she was late fyi) I didn't think that was something I should feel bad for but I did after she rudely announced she had an issue with that. Then she was loudly complaining about a man on the phone, it all seemed very unprofessional. I'm very upset about my experience with her. If I didn't need to take the test there in order to get this job, I would have walked right out.
