I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat
