They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I have been a patient of Dr. Rick Sproule's for many years, during which he has treated me successfully for various injuries including back, neck, shoulder, and knee. A visit to Dr. Sproule and his friendly office is always a cheerful and encouraging experience.

After many years of chronic back pain and receiving care from physiatrists, physical therapists, .M.D.s and other chiropractors who did their best the pain remained and increased over the years. I found Dr. Sproule, he did an exam, x-rays and gave me a treatment plan and diagnosis. I continue to see Dr. Sproule on an as needed basis (much of my problem is degeneration) because I have trust in his treatments. He listens and gives sound advise. I will also mention that I have had frozen shoulder in both shoulders and he has given me hope by treating them successfully. I trust his judgement and have recommended him to friends and family. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I went to this office at the ripe age of 20, I was suffering from some relatively mild muscle spasms, and the office was attractive and right next to the grocery store I shopped at.

Rick Sproule took an x-ray and told me I was in need of immediate attention, he said I needed to come in 3 times per week. After I said that was going to be too expensive, he told me he wanted to give me the treatment I needed so bad and that he would give me what amounted to 80% off his services.

After one-month I was convinced that he was WAY TO VIOLENT of a chiropractor, I had never had expierience with a DC so it took me a while to realize he was damaging the hell out of my spine.

Now in hindsight after a microdiscectomy and three cortisone injections to help heal 2 ruptured discs, which were coincidentially the exact same ones he was so deadset on manipulating in my lower back and neck: I have to say Dead Honest, If I could go back and change one thing in my life it would be to have never trusted Sproule.

After one month of his treatments I was feeling sciatic pain that I never had before and my neck was crunching, these spinal injuries progressed and I eventually could not walk because of the pain, numbness and atrophy in my leg.

It is my fault for not immediately seeking medical attention after I went to Sproule, because if I had I might have saved my sciatic nerve from permenant damage.

If anyone reading this does not believe me, including Sproule, note that his office mate DC Love is extremely gentle ( I saw him once when Sproule flaked on one of our appointments) and he is the man to see.

Also I will authenticate my review with the fact Rick Sproule became a chiro because he slammed into a cliff and broke his back hang-gliding.

I also have a scar on my spine to prove my ordeal.

Anyone with back issues, please trust me as I have been through the gambit, the best way to fix a problem is to find the best Physical Therapist you can and bust your butt everyday doing core excercises.
