They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
