Dr. Chernich and his staff go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to care for their patients. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I thought I might be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fine when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. It is clear they are considerate and concerned for my well-being. Their advice is always on point and completely unbiased. They may suggest a nutritional supplement on occasion, however, they have never attempted to influence or persuade me to purchase any of the products they have available! They really go above and beyond to make one feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than Dr. Chernich and his incredible staff!

Dr. chernich is great. He and his staff are friendly and helpful, very professional. He has helped me tremendously with my bac, neck and shoulder pain.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
