Dr. Hemsley is very knowledgeable about sports injuries and how to avoid them. He is good at getting me to look at the big picture of how my activity level effects my muscles, joints and overall health. He offers great insight on what I should be doing in order to keep racing. He has a wide variety of assessment tools and methods, and an arsenal of injury prevention exercises. I count on him to help me do all that stuff in my bucket list from climbing mountains to crossing finishing lines.

They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
