Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

I will absolutely return, as I have for over 20 years, moving from 5 visits a week and a neck I couldn't turn - to monthly maintenance, his goal for everyone. They are always accomodating to my schedule, so I "do" many re-schedules, and Jim doesn't whine at all - he knows that he literally saved my neck, and that he is my favorite doctor! He always listens to every question or concern I may have, and has the right answer! Like, the plantars fasciitis that I just developed; I had to alter my exercise routine, and Dr. Jim knew just what to "prescribe"! If I had time and resources, I'd visit daily, just to see him.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
