They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for.
