They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Lisella goes out of her way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I always feel so much better when I leave.

Dr. Lisella definitely believes in quality over quantity. Unlike many chiropractors, she never leaves a patient on a heating pad while she works on someone else. She spends the entire 50 minutes on each patient. If she is waiting for heat treatment, she will spend that time working on other areas of the body. She is incredibly attentive but also uniquely intuitive about pain. She has rescued me from acute pain when nothing else was helping.

Dr. Lisella is a gentle chiropractor. She is able to work areas into proper adjustment without harsh cracking. She uses a little adjuster device to specifically correct small alignment problems without wrenching the whole spine. She does traditional adjustments, too, but is exceptionally careful with her patients.

The office accepts my insurance with a co-pay. Dr. Lisella is careful about my insurance limits and doesn't schedule unnecessary appointments. She is available by phone, calls back promptly and has a very nurturing attitude. Her office is nice but not swanky, which I appreciate as I know I am not paying for koi ponds or doormen. I will definitely be seeing her again and again.

Jeanne Lisella, D.C. would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! Jeanne Lisella, D.C. went over my X-Rays with me in detail. Jeanne Lisella, D.C. puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Jeanne Lisella, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
