I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Ferrel is a treasure. He is so much more than a bone-cracker. Ernie's soft tissue therapy, DMT, is far and away the most effective therapy I've ever received for any number of injuries I've hobbled in with. Ernie is also a Board-Certified Sports Physician, and has a depth of knowledge that's unparalleled in his trade. He knows his pathologies as well as any MD you'll ever meet, so I feel very confident that he will always help me and never hurt me, regardless of whatever condition I may be dealing with. Unlike many other chiros, Ernie does a lot of thorough soft tissue work , so his adjustments actually last! Most docs will pop you and 20 minutes later, your tight muscles are already pulling you back out of alignment. Because of his DMT, his adjustments are always exceptionally gentle; usually I'll adjust even while he's just getting me into position.
You can see Ernie for just about anything. He's exceptional with ankle sprains and frozen shoulders. He also does ultrasound, electrical stimulation, graston (scar tissue ablation)...he can fix anything you come in with. I came in with an agonizing shoulder injury that I thought would require surgery. He fixed it in 15 minutes. He didn't just improve it, he FIXED it. Zero pain. Oftentimes, a serious pain issue will require a few visits, but I'm always amazed at how quickly he can get dramatic results.
This guy takes care of Olympic gold medalists. How often do you get a chance to have that kind of treatment?
