we were lied to from day 1.. we asked if they take our insurance...they said yes but coverage amount would depend on diagnosis, seems fair enough. on the 2nd visit he quoted us 8000 out of pocket and informed us that he doesn't take insurance and hasn't taken it in 3 years. there's no way I will see someone who started off with a lie!! if your dependant on insurance to help with your medical needs then steer clear from this place.....giving 1 star only because this program requires a rating

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine.
