I wish I have good review to write here, but unfortunately it is not.
I went to Dr. Pai for my neck \ back pain. He explained us in such way which seems issue and he conveyed us if we go to Spine doctor, they would suggest for surgery. He gave us hope, I trusted him like brother. I was impressed with his good online reviews and 15 years of experience. Instead of him, I was treated by 2-3 years’ experience doctor, I kept saying about my new symptoms, which they kept saying its normal during the treatment.
I completed his 3 months course, no change in my symptoms, in fact additional new symptoms added. Now, it is nightmare for me.
I will not recommend Dr. Pai (The back pain center) to anyone.
Even if you like to go, I will suggest don’t pay in full. And please consult with your doctor (primary or spine doctor) to cross check. My experience - waste of time, emotions and money with Dr. Pai (The back pain center).. For me It is center to get more pain. It can impact your life as mine impacted.

I was referred to Dr. Pai by my primary Doctor for my debilitating headaches. He took the time find out what was wrong and explained his treatment thoroughly. He fixed my headaches and I was getting the best sleep of my life! I would highly recommend him.

Great practice! I went in with back pain and not only was that eliminated but the treatments have fixed many other underlying problems I was having that I did not even realize were related to my back!

Dr. Pai, is great, he fixed an issue that others couldn't. I had been to several other Dr's for my back pain and none of them could fix the issue.My primary care Dr. said they could not do surgery and the pain was intolerable.

Neil Pai, D.C. always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! They always listen to every question or concern I may have! It is obvious that this provider's office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic! They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Neil Pai, D.C. always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Neil Pai, D.C. talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. Neil Pai, D.C. definitely cares about their patients.
