I went to Eric Cerwin for back pain. My normal chiropractor was not available and gave me his name. Later, my normal chiropractor said they have received other complaints about Eric Cerwin and no longer give out his name.

I met Eric Cerwin. The main thing he said that sticks in my mind is, "You came to the right place. We can help you." The adjustment, if you can call it that, was a few soft pushes with his fingers in a couple spots in my spine. Absolutely no relieve for my pain. I had to go back to work and use Tylenol to make it through the day. When I got home, I did all my stretching exercises to relieve the pain.

Cerwin's office took a half a dozen or so X-rays. My normal chiropractor takes none. The X-ray technician said she needed an extra $25 cash above and beyond what the insurance will pay so they can have their "buddy" give a 2nd opinion. I refused to pay the extra $25. Furthermore, one of her comments caught my attention: "You came to the right place. We can help you." I knew I was in the wrong place when I heard her repeat the exact words Cerwin had just made.

I would not recommend this guy to anyone. I looked in Aetna's DocFind web page. It says he has NO board certifications.
