Took time and explained what to expect. Very happy with staff and still deciding what I think of acupuncture. It definitely has helped. I'm just hoping to be pain free with no drugs! My pain is definetly reduced.

I love Dr. McCrea! I met with him for the first time this afternoon.

It's really rare to find a Dr who actually cares about you, & Dr McCrea does care. He listens to his patients and is sympathetic.

He is very informative and takes time to explain his findings. I feel like my care honestly does matter to him.

I cannot speak too highly of Dr. Bruce McCrea. He always takes the time with each patient and is quite thorough. His office staff is exceptional as well. They consistently are cordial and most accommodating. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
