I have been seeing Dr. Harvey for over 20 years. He has always gone out of his way to make a procedure that could be painful as painless as possible. I have a chronic neck problem. When it acts up it gets bad fast. He always makes time to see me the same day. His staff is also great.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
