No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Dr. Perkins treats his patients with so much respect. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I feel like the doctor is very competent and knowledable. All of my questions were answered during my appointment. He was happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. Parking is close to the entrance so it is easily accessed.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
