Was leery about visiting a new chiroprator as there are many quacks out there, but Dr Gonzalez is the real deal. During my first appointment, he asked me why I was not doing the 30-minute circuit at the gym. I told him that it was too much work; I was only doing cardio. Decided I didn't like my answer to Dr Gonzalez so I added the 30-minute circuit to my workout. I feel so much better, mentally and physically.
