I have been seeing Kimberly Heinrich for several years for a series of back injuries that have left me with chronic pain on and off for significant period of my life. Each injury has been looked after far better than any other modality I've tried, and specifically Dr. Heinrich has shown me more personal attention than any other therapist (in any discipline) that I've tried. I always receive a very personalized course of treatment and am always relieved of pain. In the one instance where she believed I needed another therapy, she was quick to recommend it. I make it a point to visit her every few months even when I'm feeling fine - so as to get a "tune-up" and try to keep further injuries at bay. Additionally, the office staff is very courteous and prompt. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
