They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them. Very friendly and kind doctor. My adjustments were pretty rough though. Each time I went back I was more stressed than the time before because it's not a gentle adjustment at all. You really have to be prepared. The doctor pressures you to come back often, but just book what you're comfortable with and all will be well.

I am 64 years old and have been successfully treated by Dr. Sandvall since I was in my late twenties. He treated my neck which was damaged by a dangerous fall from a swing when I was 5. I was virtually paralyzed in my 20's when this old injury cropped up again. He adjusted my neck over a 2 month period and got it back to near normal. However,I have 2 spurs on two cervical vertabrae and need adjustment from him on occasion. I have chosen to have expert treatment from Dr. Sandvall instead of invasive spinal surgery and it has worked out. He is an excellent doctor and I owe my health to him.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Left in so much pain I could barely walk out. I actually had to lean on the wall for support!
