The guy literally is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen in my life Geico uses him to scam people out of injuries. He literally was 45 minutes late to his own building very very unprofessional it’s him and his secretary that is it. He makes you feel very uncomfortable. He makes the secretary come in while he gives the exam which I found is very weird and sketchy. This man is not a professional whatsoever, How can anyone determine anything without touching the patient. It’s literally a scam this guy needs to be investigated. It literally shows that Geico is being shady Took them three weeks to find the “perfect” doctor. A doctor that scams people is not a doctor at all. Would NOT recommend ever!!!

I have been helped a great deal by Dr. Dudick. He has provided relief from back, shoulder, and knee problems from various injuries. Not only was he considerate to my physical issues, he always greets me with a smile and has offered ways for me to stretch and exercise to maintain flexibility. His staff has also been very friendly when making appointments and he has never kept me waiting when I have arrived. I would certainly recommend him.

I was sent to Mr Dudick for an IME 3 months after an automobile accident by Liberty Mutual. I knew as soon as I received the notice that they wanted to cut me off from the chiropractic treatment I had been receiving from a different chiropractor for soft tissue injuries due to the car accident. However, I didn’t expect the predeterminiation to be so blatant. BEFORE he even examined me, I said that I figured my insurance had sent me to him to end my treatment. He responded, well, it will take a few days for your report to come out so you don’t have to cancel any appointments you have scheduled for today or tomorrow. I was instructed to bring all medical reports from everyone who has seen me thus far for my condition. But when I tried to give them to him he brushed it off, saying,. “Oh I probably have all of them already” and looked at none of them. He did not have them!!!!!! I never signed a release of my medical records to him? That says it all, but to add to that, his exam was gruff, rough, and completely not about the pain and discomfort I had been experiencing. It was more like a basic neuro exam actually. It was truly shocking to be part of this insurance game. Up until now I felt as though my insurance company had my back. (Accident was 100% proven the other drivers fault by the way, but we are in NY, no fault state) But I do not feel that way anymore. Shame on you Dr. Dudick! Shame on you, Liberty Mutual!

This chiropractor is great at what he does. I had bad neck and back pain and thanks to him it's gotten so much better. His office staff is very professional and friendly.

I feel the doctor is one of the best chiropractors I ever went to. He was able to help me. He is also very professional, polite, and helpful. The staff is also very professional and helpful trying to accommodate your needs.

Made me wait 40 min to be seen for exam related to car crash. When I asked why I was made to wait so long, he initiated a fight and began verbally abusive behavior that continued into the exam room. It got so bad that I set audio to record & hid it under my jacket. He did a phony exam (which I called him on, right there in the exam room), did not even check my neck, which was my injury. I got the denial I expected in retaliation. Good thing i have the recording.

I found Dr Dudick as very nice and polite. His staff is very helpful as well. Every time I've called his office I get immediate attention. He has taken care of my headaches, neck, and back problems for years when they have occurred. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

My auto insurance carrier scheduled me for a “chiropractic independent physical exam” with Dr Michael Dudick DC to take place on Friday August 26 2016. This exam is part of the review process necessary to continue coverage as stipulated by my auto insurance policy with State Farm. I understand the primary purpose is fraud prevention and is certainly appropriate. As I suffer from (severe) hyperocusis, a hearing disability , whereby everyday noises appear loud and quite painful. The State Farm representative I spoke with suggested I call Dr Dudick’s office and request the necessary accommodations. I wear both noise cancelling ear buds and headphones to minimize painful inputs.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Dr Dudick arrived late. As suggested by State Farm’s customer service rep I let Dr. Dudick’s office know in advance about my affliction and necessary accommodations and also to follow up with Dr. Dudick at the time of the appointment. What followed is what nightmares are made of. Dr Dudick was extra loud and obnoxious . He jerked me several times to position me for different parts of the exam. He thumped my headset demanding I take it off which caused a loud and painful “clack” reverberateing in my ears. After an exam consisting of twisting and bullying I had to seek out my chiropractor for relief two twice as of this writing. What should have been a routine appointment became something cruel, unprofessional and unacceptable.

I have contacted State Farm Customer Service to report these abuses and have also contacted my agent. Both were horrified. As was I.
