Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. One thing I love about Frank DeRosa, D.C., is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Everyone in my community knows that Frank DeRosa, D.C. is the absolute best in the field. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
