My adjustments seemed very rough. I was in a lot of pain. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Side Note: Dr. Ferris seems to monetary influenced. Recommending high costing treatment plans to patients who have never undergone chiropractic care. I would stay away from this practice

I was introduced to Victor Advanced Chiropractic by an ad I saw in the Democrat and Chronicle. For 6 months, I have been experiencing pain in my hip without any relief. The pain was so severe that I was unable to go up and down stairs, go for long walks (which I love to do!), and it was affecting the quality of my life. I knew I didn’t want to do medication, cortisone injections or surgery. However, I was desperate for an answer and for relief from the pain.

I am so happy to have found Victor Advanced Chiropractic. They provided me with a pain-free/medication free alternative to surgery. After 10 Deep Tissue Laser treatments, I am pain-FREE! I am now able to do all the things I love to do but without the pain! The staff at Victor Advanced Chiropractic is incredible. I always enjoyed coming in for my treatments done. I also think the world of Dr. Luckey!

I had been experiencing back pain for quite some time before being introduced to Victor Advanced Chiropractic. I knew I finally had to address the pain when I stood up from being in a seated position and fell to the floor in excruciating pain. My primary suggested I take pain medication, which to me, was not an option. Knowing the pain that I had been in, my friend suggested I try Victor Advanced Chiropractic. When I first came to Victor Advanced Chiropractic, my pain level was about a 10. After completing my treatment plan, I am now at 0.5. Dr. Luckey and Dr. Ferris are so informative and relay information in a way the patient is capable of understanding. My passion is farm machinery and it requires long hours and hard labor. I am now able to sit on my tractor for 10-12 hours at a time, where before, I could barely even sit on one. Dr. Luckey and Dr. Ferris and their staff are incredible and I have my life back now because of them. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Be careful with billing. They want you to pay for 4 months of treatment in advance ($2800), and have you submit claims to your insurance company telling you what the insurance company will reimburse you for. But in my case they were wrong and I ended up paying three times as much as what they quoted me. Also, it was extremely difficult to get a monthly statement from them so that I could fill out my claim for the insurance company. I had to ask the receptionist several times each month and once she even told me she wasn't allowed to print one for me! They also are not MD's but freely give advice which is medically related. One of the doctors had never even heard of the swine flu while the other one was telling everyone NOT to get the vaccine! I think these guys are new in the business and are well-intentioned and just need sometime to "mature" in the way they practice. They certainly helped with my neck and back complaints but I would not return. Try them, but be cautious.
