Thanks to Thomas Golebiewski, I have full used of my pelvis after a muscle in one leg moved out of place while I was dancing and threw my pelvic girdle out of whack, and I have nearly 90 percent use of my left shoulder after a rotator injury and it improves with each exercise he gave me to do at the gym. I expect full recovery. As it is, my bench presses jumped from 155 lbs last week, to this week at 180 lbs. Highly recommended. Takes walk-ins.
