This guy is a hack!!! He is an IME for insurance companies. STAY AWAY....CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!! We videotaped the exam he gave my wife then he told me to turn stop recording, spewed a bunch of lies and acted liek he understood the pain my wife has been going through. The he turns around and tell the insurance company to deny her claim. All this from a 5 minute exam, no X-rays or anything. HE'S A HACK STAY AWAY!!!

I've been to a lot of different chiropractors over the last 15 years, and Dr. P. is absolutely the best. Not only is the care provided second to none, the office is a relaxing and pleasant place to visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Pignatora to anyone who is seeking to relieve their back pain through chiropractic care. He's more than worth the drive downtown from Amherst.
