They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
