We had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Rory Ciuffo in his office in Bethpage NY. Lets just say from start to finish this entire visit was a total and complete disaster. The outside door which we had to knock on several times until a patient got up and opened for us appeared to be broken. This door caused many problems for patients both entering and exiting the location causing congestion at the entrance . When you walk in right away you can tell the office is outdated with a slight smell of mildew with extremely low lighting. Upon entering you are funneled into a an extremely tight hallway which is cluttered with more patients then chairs. The front desk seems to be extremely confused and understaffed with an office vibe one of a hospital emergency room. After almost an hour wait over our appointment time we were escorted into a rear examination room by someone believed to be a nurse but never formally introduced. When we entered the room Dr. Rory Ciuffo was waiting for us awkwardly in the corner of the room never formally introducing himself. He began with a series of questions which right away you can tell he didn't like our answers cause his attitude set in and he became very short and obnoxious in his responses. He would ask a question and if he didn't agree or like the answer his response was somewhat nasty and rude. At the end of the examination he was asked if he was able to explain the tests performed during this visit and his response was " you'll see the tests performed and results in my post visit report when completed ". When we explained that all we wanted to know were the names of the tests performed he said " in my 30 years I've never had to explain my tests to someone " I couldn't understand his reason for not explaining the test performed and have never had an experience with a doctor like this in my entire life. His job is to explain himself to the patient especially if there is any questions or uncertainties. The entire experience was terrible and he couldn't have been anymore unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this doctor or any of his services to anyone injuring about him or his practice.

The best visit ive ever experienced. He made me feel so welcome and he was very gentle. I did not have to wait at all and was taken in immediatly. He is very professional, and might i add handsome. I am going back soon.
