Zero stars. Negative stars. There’s something mentally wrong with this doctor. Her staff of one seem afraid of her. It was as an excruciating visit. She had no manners, was rude to the point of being cruel.

She is one of the worse dr I have encountered . I I felt like she was assaulting me , she was literally pushing my back back forward , as I told her I can not bent , it hurts . She should be in jail . Now I see the necessity of why having a nurse present with this dr dr ( as a witness ) will benefits the patient .during a painful physical and emotional examination by such nasty dr as she was .,unprofessional and rude to me ( possibly because I have a disability and I am hard of hearing ) . Shouldn't dr be human / compassionate handle someone's body like you want to be handled ( not rough) and not to mention professional .

Quack. Quack. Quack. Had me in and out of the office so quickly that there wasn't even time for a diagnosis, though she made one anyway. She ignored my questions, would ask a question but would not wait for a response. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was a total waste of my time. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I question whether or not she actually graduated from an accredited program. I think not. I also think malpractice insurance came about as a response to quacks like Janice Salayka.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

THere were a lot of other people in the office when I arrived but she moved then through like she was running the Kentucky Derby. She spent less than 5 minutes examining me for an IME, would ask a question but would not wait for a reply, or would cut me off mid sentence. I have a neck injury and she grabbed my chin and flung my neck side to side, causing shooting pains. I thought she was completely incompetent and it was obvious she didn't care about getting to the truth, but only wanted to write what the insurance company wanted to hear. She should have her license revoked and should never be allowed to touch another patient again.

I was disappointed that they weren't able to answer all of my questions. I still left feeling uncertain. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine.
