I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

After reading the majority of these WELLNESS reviews of those giving ratings of 4-5, I feel strongly that the same people were writing them all. As a recent past patient, I find it hard to believe that these raters were patients at the same facility as I had been. High 'raves' in using numerous positive adjectives seems questionable, especially when preceded by 'Always'. I also question the so called 'customized treatment' that these raters refer to. When I was there, there was always a full waiting room and everyone I talked to was receiving the same treatment: a few minutes of vibrations with a hand held Pro-adjuster, which we'd been told its computer directs and analyzes your recovery. Dr. Caruso moved quickly in and out between several treatment rooms so the wait time was minimal. After months of attending these treatments, usually several times a week, and being told that I'd always need to come in periodically for tune ups, I finally decided to stop spending all that time (and co-pays) and go elsewhere. With no improvement from Dr. Caruso, 'elsewhere' proved to be the best decision I could have ever made.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery
