It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. One thing I didn't like, was that they didn't update me at all about how I was progressing, or where I was at in the recovery process. I went in to my appointments with no idea about how long I would have to keep coming, or how soon I would be fully recovered. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
