Dr. Clark is amazing, the treatments he does for our family are great.

However the back office has been a sore spot with us. They are not included in our insurance even though our insurance cover them as out of network and pays in a timely manner. They also make you join some special coverage which costs additional money (rather weird) to get a discount. The manager Laura is very unprofessional; she does not respond in a timely manner, deflects questions and is unresponsive. All I can say is document things thoroughly and do your own leg work, her story will change several times. She will promise the world to earn you as a customer, however there is little to no follow-through. She will not bill your insurance despite stating otherwise.
