I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office was easy enough to find. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
