I was so AMAZED with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. He is the best and I have recommended him to many!

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It is always easy to get an appointment when needed. I love the use of massage and other tools to get back to feeling great as soon as possible.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. Initially I was told by their receptionist--who lied boldfaced--that they were in my healthcare network. They weren't. My first "appointment" I was told about all the wonderful things they could do, but never received an adjustment. My next appointment the Dr. had me in a room with just me and him and he "looked at" my spine/alignment while I was standing up. Then he took me to the open floor arrangement of his office and proceeded to "adjust" my upper back with a tool that was like an automated hammer. It did nothing. Completely worthless. Then I got a bill for $240 for these two appointments. The whole time they had lied, stating they would bill my insurance, which would not pay since this guy is not in my healthcare network.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
