They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. My treatment plan wasn't explained well to me. I felt a little numbness when I left my appointment. It scared me a little but I kept thinking it would go away. Eventually I was okay, but my concern seemed to be of no concern to the doctor or staff. My insurance has great chiropractic coverage and I felt that I was just being used so they could bill my insurance. There was no real concern for me. I even took a peek at my chart once and noticed the doctor had not made any notes in my treatment for over a month! How could he measure my progress?! I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
