They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The waiting room is comfortable and makes me feel relaxed. There are plenty of magazines to read, and, more importantly, are the kind I like to read. Unfortunately, I never get to finish one, because I'm always called back almost immediately. I was very impressed. Their office was a comfortable temperature, without being too hot or too cold. It was never hectic. I'm always glad I visit Dr. Smith.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
