They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Ronald Shepherd, D.C. puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Ronald Shepherd, D.C.! The chairs in Ronald Shepherd, D.C.'s waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. After my chiropractic treatments I don't experience as much pain as I did before, but I still need pain medication occasionally. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
