I was referred to Dr. Roach by my primary care physician on 08/09/15. I was very skeptical about spinal adjustments but was assured by my doctor that he would be able to alleviate my chronic neck and back pain. I have been taking pain medication for several years and recently have had to eliminate all prescription drugs due to a liver issue. The office staff was friendly and professional and Dr. Roach was very easy to talk when explaining my symptoms. After an examination I was treated with spinal alignment and was very surprised at my partial relief immediately after the treatment. I returned on 4 additional occasions during the next couple of weeks and I'm happy to report that my pain is almost completely gone. I have since referred my wife and a friend to Dr. Roach. I am a believer.

I visited Dr. Matthew Roach on 4/25/2013 for a PPD rating and he said I see you’re missing your index finger I’ll get the report done and send it out. I replied; you’re not going to measure my fingers and after talking for a few minutes he did and he commented how much my thumb was lacking motion. To my surprise when I received my PPD rating it included my other fingers but not my thumb. My thumb flexion at the MP joint is 30deg normal range is 60deg and IP joint is 50deg and normal range is 80deg. I have a 3cm gap when attempting to oppose the right thumb to volar 5th MP joint. So I’m not capable of putting my right thumb on my palm but can without a problem with my left thumb to palm. I emailed my workers comp claim adjuster today, she replied; Spoke with the doctor and he states the PPD is appropriate and there will be no addendum to include thumb. Sad that this simple error could not be corrected, now I have to appeal and go through the process again with a different rating Dr.

My pain had no relation to the injury I sustained after a scheduled with this so called "DOCTOR" now suffering from permanent neck damage if that’s not enough the pain I originally came for had not even subsided if anything it had gotten worse! Needless to say, however I will never be stepping foot in this second rate establishment. They were quick to answer question however, no effort to care for the true injuries but were hasty when it came to creating more… I felt outright lied to. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone else. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did with this chiropractor. good luck.

I wasn't very confident that they knew what they were doing. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love Dr. Roach he makes me feel confrotable. I went in after my car accident and I didn't fee like I was pressured to obtain an attorney like A LOT of chiros do in Las Vegas. He is awesome I have been going to him prior to my accident! Wish there were more ethical Drs out there like him!

Absolutely! They were extremely careful
