Ms Lalevee helped me to develop a healthier way of eating that enabled me to lose weight, to lower my blood sugars and cholesterol. I never was hungry! She was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful! I lost 32 lbs. in 6 months! one happy camper!

Ms. Lalevee helped me lose over 38 pounds and then some.
I was never hungry. Her diet works!!! others have failed....I always gained the weight back, but with the individualized meal plan she provided I am never hungry and ver y satisfied and there were no "Gimmicks". She was wealth of information.
