I went in on a weekday afternoon and there were only a couple people waiting in the waiting room. I walked in at my exact appointment time, filled in the new patient paperwork for 5-10 minutes and then by the time I finished, I was able to go right in to the office. I had to wait about 5 minutes in there for Dr. Murphy to show up, but I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous and helpful he was. He evaluated my quickly and gave his professional opinion and then completed the quick procedure on the spot. Before I left he was very thorough, giving me post-procedure advice and ensuring I had no other skin issues. In and out of the office in a little over 30 minutes combined with the staff friendliness - I was impressed.
