They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They were so friendly to me that I felt at ease the moment I arrived. I was really comfortable and could have talked to them for hours on end. I believe first impressions are everything, and I have to say I was extremely impressed when I first saw their waiting room. The décor was beautiful from their great artwork to amazingly soft chairs. Job well done.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
